Ogun State Government has disclosed that work will begin on Alagbole-Ajuwon and Akute-Ajuwon road in Ifo Local Government Area of the state in the next three weeks.

The State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun made this disclosure during an on-the-spot assessment of roads in the council area, as matching order was given to the contractor handling the construction of the Denro-Ishashi-Akute road, to ensure completion of the road in the next two weeks.

Abiodun assured people of the area of his administration's determination to also construct a befitting Primary Healthcare Centre in Ajuwon-Alagbole-Akute, noting that government would ensure equitable distribution infrastructure across the state.

"Today, we have reconstructed Olusegun Osoba Toyin street, Denro-Ishashi-Akute road.  We have so many other roads that we have constructed here, but because there is so much deficit in the infrastructural development in this area, at times, it appears as if we are not reconstructing them as fast as they want us to”, he explained.
