Members of Al-Hayat Relief Foundation (ARF) have been enjoined to remain steadfast and adhere to the organization's rules and regulations to ensure stability and progress. 

The Vice-President of the foundation, Abeokuta Zone, Alhaji Nurudeen Waheed, made the call during the 8th Annual General Meeting of ARF, Abule -Oloni held at the Branch Secretariat, Abeokuta.

Alhaji Waheed emphasized that the association would not tolerate loan defaults or inhumane behavior,

 encouraging members to intensify their efforts in increasing their savings capacity and embrace online payment platforms to stay competitive with global practices.

In his speech, the Branch Chairman, Mr. Mukthar Abolade, reiterated the foundation's purpose of complying with Allah's injunction to desist from charging interest (Riba) on loans, while also admonishing members to uphold the principles of attendance and punctuality.

Delivering his lecture on the topic, "Al Waqfu: Theories and Practice for Sustainable Development," the Resource Person, Ustaz Abdul-Raman Akewusola,  described Waqfu as an endowment charitable system that is vital for the Muslim Ummah's well-being in both life and the hereafter.

Ustaz Akewusola explained various forms of Waqfu, including community, family, group, and self-dedicated Waqfu,  encouraging members to embrace giving to sustain their property and soul.

Other invited guests included former Chairmen, Mr. Abdul-Hameed Akewusola and Mr. Abdul-Semiu Lawal, among others.
