The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced the temporary suspension of its ongoing online recruitment process until July 21, 2025.
In a statement issued on Thursday, the Board’s Secretary, retired Maj.-Gen. Abdulmalik Jubril, said the suspension was necessary to improve the performance of the recruitment portal — https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng.
“This move is to optimise the portal’s efficiency and ensure a smooth, transparent, and fair recruitment process,” Jubril noted.
The recruitment, initially set to begin on July 2, was postponed to July 14, and now further adjusted.
The agencies involved include: Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Nigerian Correctional Service,
Nigeria Immigration Service, and Federal Fire Service
Jubril also appreciated the enthusiasm of young Nigerians willing to serve their nation.
