Elon Musk’s former partner and mother of his youngest child, Ashley St. Clair, has revealed that she is broke and facing eviction amid an ongoing custody battle with the billionaire.

The 26-year-old influencer made the disclosure during the launch of her new podcast, Bad Advice with Ashley St. Clair, which debuted on Monday.

“After a year of unplanned career suicide, questionable life choices, and a LinkedIn gap that can’t be legally explained, I’ve decided to start a podcast. Not because anyone asked, but because statistically speaking, it was either this or join a pyramid scheme. Also, I’m getting evicted and Polymarket offered me $10,000 for an ad read, so the roof over my head is now sponsored,” she said.

St. Clair is currently in a legal tussle with Musk over custody of their son, Romulus, born in September 2024. Court documents allege Musk offered her $15 million and $100,000 monthly during her pregnancy to keep their relationship and child private, but she turned it down.

Since she went public on Valentine’s Day with news of Romulus’ birth, St. Clair claims Musk slashed her financial support. Musk, however, argues that he has already provided millions, while St. Clair has accused him of acting like a “petulant man-child.”

The influencer also used her podcast debut to mock Musk’s 19-year-old protégé, Edward “Big Balls” Coristine, who was recently injured while attempting to stop a carjacking in Washington, D.C. “Everyone’s talking about Elon Musk’s Big Balls,” she quipped, adding that his injuries were “about what I sustained after telling my toddler he couldn’t watch Paw Patrol.”

Police confirmed that two teenagers have been arrested in connection with the attack, while one suspect remains at large. The incident has drawn political attention, with former U.S. President Donald Trump citing it as justification for deploying the National Guard in Washington.

Romulus is Musk’s 13th child. St. Clair claims the Tesla boss skipped the birth and has seen his son only a handful of times.
