TikToker Jarvis Confirms Breakup With Peller, Appeals for Compassion After Crash - The Alternative News

Popular TikTok creator Elizabeth Amadou (Jarvis) has confirmed that she has ended her relationship with fellow influencer and livestreamer Hamzat Habeeb (Peller), following his recent car crash during a live broadcast in Lagos.

Speaking during a live video on Tuesday, Jarvis urged the public to stop mocking or shading Peller, stressing that online ridicule has worsened an already painful situation. She described Peller as a kind person who struggles with emotional control, noting that this, not malice, was at the heart of their issues.

Jarvis explained that their breakup was necessary and should not be mistaken for abandonment. According to her, the separation is about creating space for healing and personal wellbeing, not hatred or rejection.

“The relationship is over for now,” she said, adding that the priority is helping Peller become better emotionally rather than focusing on rekindling their romance.

She also expressed distress over harmful narratives on social media and appealed for encouragement instead of mockery, reminding the public to be grateful that no life was lost in the accident.

The incident occurred on Sunday on the Lekki-Epe Expressway, when Peller crashed his newly acquired Mercedes-Benz during a live Instagram session titled “RIP Peller.” He appeared visibly distressed, made alarming statements about having an accident, and expressed fear and emotional pain shortly before the crash.

Jarvis concluded by emphasizing that breakups can sometimes be about clarity, safety, and peace, rather than hatred.
