The Ogun State Government has concluded arrangements to reposition the State Printing Corporation as part of efforts to increase Internally Generated Revenue (IGR).
The newly appointed Chairman of the Corporation, Prince Segun Seriki, disclosed this while addressing journalists at the Conference Room of the Corporation in Oke-Ilewo, Abeokuta.
Prince Seriki noted that the Printing Corporation has continued to play a vital role in supporting government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) through the provision of quality printing and publishing services.
“Our mandate remains clear, to deliver efficient, reliable, secure and cost-effective printing solutions that meet the highest professional standards,” he said.
He outlined key areas of the renewed vision for the corporation to include modernization and technological upgrades, capacity building and staff development, transparency and accountability, revenue growth and sustainability, as well as partnerships and collaboration.
The Chairman called on stakeholders, management, staff, government officials and clients to cooperate with the Corporation in its drive towards greater productivity and sustainability.
Earlier in his remarks, the General Manager of the Corporation, Mr. Ige Olufolarin, stated that the Ogun State Government under the leadership of Governor Dapo Abiodun is committed to rejuvenating the Corporation for improved productivity and sustainable growth.
