The Nigeria Army has commenced online registration for recruitment into the 92 Regular recruit for Trades/non-Trades men and women.

A release by the Permanent Secretary, Bureau of Cabinet and Special Services, Ogun State, Mr. Dolamu Idowu-Agida, indicated that the recruitment exercise had commenced on Wednesday, September  9, will end on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, noting that application form could be accessed online free of charge via https://recruitment.army.mil.ng, with all applications screened online, while qualified applicants would be shortlisted afterwards.

It added that applicants must be single, Nigeria citizen by birth and must possess a valid National Identity Number (NIN), Bank verification Number Slip (BVN), just as they must be medically, physically and psychologically fit, free of any criminal conviction and must be between the ages of 18 and 22 years, for Non-trades men and women, while 18 to 26 years would be for Tradesmen and women, indicating that the required height is 1.68meter for males and 1.65 meters for females.

The release further stated that applicants must possess a minimum of 4 passes at not more than two sittings in WASSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB/ NBAIS, while Trades men and women must have Trade Test/City and Guild Certificate, noting that shortlisted applicants from the online screening should report for Physical Screening Exercise at the State Recruitment Centre, 35 Artillery Brigade, Alamala Barracks, Abeokuta, from Tuesday 17 November to Tuesday December 1, 2026.
