The Executive Secretary of Ogun State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board (OGMPWB), Alhaji Taiwo Ajibola, has commended the leadership of Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fathi society of Nigeria (NASFAT), Ota branch, for its spiritual upliftment and unwavering commitment towards the propagation of Islam in the State.

Alhaji Ajibola, stated this during a courtesy visit by NASFAT, Ota branch Council of Elders to his office at Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, in commemoration of the branch twenty-fifth year anniversary with the theme: ‘Building a Legacy for Future Generations’.

He said that dedication, teamwork, commitment as well as selfless service of members had been a major strength behind the progress of the branch, adding that its legacies were built through generosity of those who believed in worthy causes.

In his address, the Chairman of the branch, Alhaji Isa Soneye, noted the branch achievements to include; constructions of Central Mosque, Secretariat, Clinic, Educational Facilities, among others, while using the opportunity to appreciate the pioneer members of the branch.

Alhaji Soneye, urged members not to relent in their support, pointing out that whatever that was given towards religious development remained an investment that would yield continuous reward.
