The Ogun State Head of Service, Mr. Olanrewaju Saka, has reiterated that the essence of monitoring the bi-monthly environmental sanitation exercise across Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) of government was not to witch hunt or condemn any agency, but to ensure compliance and encourage them towards taking control of their immediate environment.
The Head of Service made this known when he led some members of the Body of Permanent Secretaries to monitor the "Keep your environment clean" initiative, added that his vision was to maintain a clean and healthy environment, which necessitated his going around for optimum compliance by the workers.

I am not here to compare you with other Ministries, I am not here to condemn any Ministry, but to appreciate your good work, hence, you must be alive to your responsibilities Mr. Saka said.
He charged the workers to be more particular about their environment as the Ministry is strategic to the traditional institution of the State, urging them to see themselves as role models in their various communities.
