The Ogun State League of Imams and Alfas has charged pilgrims returning from the 2025 Hajj to uphold righteous living and serve as ambassadors of Islamic values in their communities.
In a statement by Secretary General Alhaji Tajudeen Adewunmi, the League thanked Allah for a successful Hajj and prayed for the acceptance of the pilgrims' efforts as Hajj Mabroor.
Adewunmi emphasized that Hajj is a transformative journey, urging pilgrims to let their conduct reflect discipline, faith, and devotion. He also extended Hijrah 1447 greetings to Muslims, describing it as a time for spiritual renewal and unity.
The League expressed appreciation to all who contributed to the success of the Hajj, notably Governor Dapo Abiodun for supporting religious activities, NAHCON for its coordination, and the Ogun State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board for its effective planning and supervision.
