The newly appointed Chairman of the Ogun State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), Apostle Abiodun Sanyaolu has met with the Principals-General in the four divisions and Zonal Secretaries in the State, soliciting for continued support to advance the State education system.
Apostle Sanyaolu made this known at the meeting in Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, saying the effective functioning of the Secondary Schools lies in the cooperation with the new board, to enable it achieve and realise the Prince Dapo Abiodun's vision in the education sector.
“Your collaborative spirit is vital for the growth and success of our educational institutions," he stated.
The TESCOM boss assured that significant steps would be taken towards improving administrative practices and fostering mutual support.
”This new administration will implement new strategies, such as the whistleblower scheme, designed to encourage transparency and accountability within schools and many more,” he said.
Speaking on behalf of his counterparts, the Principal-General, Egba division, Mr. Babatunde Ige, promised their unwavering commitment towards improving teaching and learning environment in Secondary Schools, while the Zonal Secretaries for Ijebu North East and Yewa North, Messers Wale Adenaiya and Rufus Ashiwaju, respectively, commended the new Board for its robust plan towards uplifting schools and teaching activities.
