The Acting Executive Secretary of the Ogun State Technical and Vocational Education Board (OGSTVEB), Mrs. Mojisola Adenowo, has called on staffers of the agency to remain proactive, diligent and committed to their duties and foster unity and teamwork for the continued growth and effectiveness of the agency.
Mrs. Adenowo made this call during her official meeting with staffers of the Agency at Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, saying there was need for positive work attitude and collective responsibility in achieving the agency’s goals.
“We must work together as a team, stay focused and carry out our duties with utmost diligence. Let us promote unity and approach our assignments with a positive mindset to ensure efficient service delivery,” she said.
While addressing the staff, the acting Executive Secretary commended the outstanding leadership of her predecessor, urging the staff to build on the solid foundation he laid and to emulate the values he upheld for the continued success of the agency.
Mrs. Adenowo further enjoined all members of staff to be regular and punctual at work and cultivate a culture of maintenance and accountability in the use of government resources, which was crucial for sustainability.
Speaking, Director of Planning, Research and Statistics, Mr. Oluwatosin Fayomi, commended the Acting Executive Secretary for the inspiring charge, noting that her emphasis on unity and productivity was timely, pledging the commitment of his department and the entire staff to work harmoniously as a team and contribute meaningfully to the realisation of OGSTVEB’s mandate.
Responding, Director of Administration and Supply, Mrs. Funmilola Oshodi, expressed confidence in Mrs. Adenowo’s leadership capacity and assured her of unwavering support from the administrative team just as she appealed to all members of staff to key into the agency’s vision by giving their full cooperation and dedication towards the advancement of the agency.
