In fulfillment of its mandate to the people at the grassroots,  Chairman, Ijebu North-East Local Government Area of Ogun State, Hon. Foluso Badejo has executed a line of projects for the benefit of people in local communities.

Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon. Ganiyu Hamzat who unveiled the line of executed projects commended the Chairman and his team for working assiduously to address the yearnings of the people.

"I congratulate the entire people of  Ijebu North-East for this impact. It can only get better with more support for the Government. I therefore charge you all to maintain these projects for the overall benefits of everyonel", he said.

Chairman, Ijebu North-East Local Government, Hon. Foluso Badejo earlier in his speech re-affirmed the commitment of Governor Abiodun-led administration to the yearnings of the people, noting that the Ijebu North-East Local Government as an extension of the government at the centre aligned with that vision.

" Today we have a line up of projects ranging from boreholes, health centers, a solar powered generator and renovation of several buildings " , he said.

The commissioned projects were; the Odomolasa Health center in Ilese, solar-powered boreholes in Isonyin and Atan; mini-power solar generator; as well as renovated Finance and Supply Department building at the Local Government Secretariat, among other existing projects.

Elese of Ilese, Oba Oluremi Obayomi, and the Saderenren of Isonyin, Oba Abdul -Rasheed Cossy Salami in their remarks appreciated the Governor Abiodun-led administration for the impact being made at the grassroots and enjoined the people to maintain government facilities in the interest of all.

The commissioning event also had in attendance, the Commissioner for Agriculture, Hon.Bolu Owotomo, Special Adviser to Governor on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon.  Rasak Daddah, Permanent Secretary, Dr Rotimiolu Akinlesi, among other functionaries.
