Ace broadcaster and lecturer, Mr. Tajudeen Saheed, has been appointed as the Sub-Dean of Students’ Affairs at Gateway (ICT) Polytechnic, Saapade, Remo, Ogun State.

Confirming the development to The Alternative News, Mr. Saheed described the appointment as a divine intervention, attributing it to his dedication and commitment to duty.

He expressed profound gratitude to the management and staff of the institution for the recognition and pledged to justify the confidence reposed in him.

 “I am very excited about the appointment. I really appreciate everyone who made this a reality. I want to thank the Rector, Dr. Sanni Kehinde; the Registrar, Dr. Julius Oluseyi; and the Head of Department of Mass Communication, Mrs. Adefunke Arowosegbe. I thank you all,” he said.

Mr. Saheed also sought the continued support of his colleagues and students to enable him to perform effectively in his new role.

Until his appointment, Mr. Saheed had served in various capacities within the institution, including as NAMACOS Staff Adviser, member of the Orientation Committee, member of the Convocation Committee, member of the Accreditation Committee, NAMACOS Sports Coordinator, and GAPOSA E-Corps member of the Red Cross Society of Nigeria, GAPOSA Detachment, among others.
