The Ogun State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), has celebrated the Director of Physical Planning and Project Implementation Builder Rasheed Oseni, as he bows out after 30 years of meritorious service.
The retirement ceremony which took place at the Board’s Conference Room, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Board, Evang. Olalekan Ifede, said the celebration was in recognition of the Director’s commitment, hard work and dedication to duty, while charging the retiree to continue in contributing his quota to the development of his community, imploring other staff members to emulate his exemplary service by discharging their responsibilities diligently.
Also speaking, Permanent Member I of the Board, Barr. Femi Odufowokan, advised the celebrant to take good care of himself by eating healthy food and exercising regularly. He also prayed for good health and a fulfilling retirement for him.
Earlier, Director of Administration and Supplies, Mr. Olufemi Fatade, said the occasion provided an opportunity to celebrate a distinguished career marked by professionalism, integrity and commitment to public service.
In his response, the celebrant expressed gratitude to the Board, particularly the Chairman for the support he received while serving as Director, describing the ceremony as a memorable honor.
