The Special Adviser to the Ogun State Governor on Media, Hon. Kayode Akinmade, has been conferred with the Prestigious Anti-Corruption Leadership Award by the Fight Against Corruption Organisation.

The award, presented on Tuesday, recognises Akinmade’s unwavering commitment to integrity, hard work, and honesty, as well as the tangible impact he has made across various public service roles.

In his acceptance remarks, the Governor’s aide described the honour as deeply gratifying, particularly noting the acknowledgment of his contributions to media representation for the Governor of Ogun State and the positive projection of the state’s image.

“This recognition reflects not just my personal values of integrity, hard work, and honesty, but also the meaningful impact I have been privileged to make in the various roles I’ve served,” Akinmade said.

He expressed sincere appreciation to the anti-corruption body for deeming him worthy of such a distinguished honour, adding that the award serves as a powerful reminder that consistency, professionalism, and a steadfast commitment to excellence never go unnoticed.
