A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has convicted former Minister of Power, Saleh Mamman, on charges of money laundering.

The presiding judge, James Omotosho, found Mamman guilty on all 12 counts brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

In his ruling, Justice Omotosho held that the prosecution had successfully proven the case beyond reasonable doubt, establishing the former minister’s culpability.
