President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated Zamfara State Governor, Dr. Dauda Lawal, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.

In a statement issued on Tuesday by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President commended the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governor for his dedication to the development of Zamfara and his efforts in advancing peace and security in the state.

President Tinubu assured Governor Lawal of the Federal Government’s continued partnership with Zamfara, urging him to remain focused on good governance, unity, and sustainable growth.

“Dear Governor Dauda Lawal, on behalf of the government and the people of Nigeria, I wish you good health, strength, and divine wisdom as you continue to serve the people of Zamfara State and the nation,” the President’s message read.

Governor Lawal, elected in 2023, marks his 60th birthday today.
