The winner of the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 10, themed “Ten Over Ten,” Imisi, has officially received her grand prizes, including a cash award of ₦80 million and a brand-new Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV).

The 23-year-old, whose real name is Opeyemi Ayanwale, was presented with the prizes at a ceremony held on Tuesday, two days after she emerged as the overall winner of the popular reality TV show.

Imisi clinched the top spot after securing the highest number of votes during Sunday’s finale, marking a historic moment in the show’s ten-year run.

Her triumph not only earned her the largest grand prize in BBNaija history, ₦150 million worth of rewards, but also positioned her as the fourth female champion of the reality series, after Mercy Eke (2019), Phyna (2022), and Ilebaye (2023).

The finale capped off a highly engaging season that kicked off in July with a two-day opening event introducing 29 housemates, female contestants entered on July 26, followed by the male housemates on July 27.

After several weeks of intense competition, alliances, and evictions, nine finalists made it to the grand finale: Imisi, Koyin, Dede, Mensan, Sultana, Jason Jae, Kola, Kaybobo, and Isabella.

The final ranking saw Kaybobo and Isabella finish in ninth and eighth place, respectively, while Mensan and Jason Jae came sixth and seventh. Kola placed fifth, Sultana was named third runner-up, and Koyin and Dede emerged as second and first runners-up before Imisi was crowned winner.

In addition to her cash prize and SUV, Imisi also received other rewards and endorsement packages from the show’s various sponsors.

The BBNaija Season 10 finale drew millions of viewers across Africa and social media platforms, wrapping up another season of drama, entertainment, and emotional moments.
